Turns out this is a Chrome error and the link works fine in IE and FF.

There's a common expression about "eating one's own dog food." It means to use your own products because you have confidence in them. Microsoft is really big on the concept. Which is why I loved this particular error:

Note, it's not that there was an error, it's the fact that the error seems to be that the file on their delivery system is bigger than they could handle. Or maybe that it's an Unknown error called ERR_FILE_TOO_BIG.
In any case, it needed documented.
